These products serve a diverse clientele, encompassing both manufacturers of consumer and industrial goods, as well as other corrugated box producers. Beyond just materials, this segment offers comprehensive services such as structural and graphic design, engineering support, and a selection of automated packaging machinery (custom, proprietary, and standard), complete with turnkey installation, automation, line integration, and full packaging solutions. It also distributes additional packaging essentials like stretch films, void fills, and various tapes. Furthermore, the segment manages recycling facilities responsible for collecting, sorting, grading, and baling recovered paper, and produces lithographic laminated packaging alongside providing contract packing services. Conversely, the Consumer Packaging segment focuses on creating and selling folding cartons for a wide array of products, such as food, beverages, dairy items, tobacco, confectionery, health and beauty products, other household consumer goods, industrial products, and express mail packages for overnight delivery services. Its offerings also include inserts, labels, rigid packaging, and other printed materials like transaction cards, brochures, product literature, marketing collateral, and specialized tags for the horticultural market. This segment also plays a crucial role in providing secondary and paperboard packaging for over-the-counter and prescription pharmaceuticals. Additionally, it manufactures and supplies solid fiber and corrugated partitions, as well as die-cut paperboard components, primarily to glass container manufacturers, the automotive industry, and producers of beer, food, wine, spirits, cosmetics, and pharmaceuticals. WestRock Company maintains its corporate headquarters in Atlanta, Georgia.
