Other conveniences include overdraft protection, safe deposit box facilities, and night deposit services. As of December 31, 2021, its operational footprint included 25 brick-and-mortar banking locations, supported by 23 permanent standalone ATMs and 35 seasonal or temporary ATMs. These facilities are strategically placed throughout various communities in Massachusetts (namely Agawam, Chicopee, Feeding Hills, East Longmeadow, Holyoke, Huntington, Ludlow, South Hadley, Southwick, Springfield, Ware, West Springfield, and Westfield) and Connecticut (including Bloomfield, Enfield, Granby, and West Hartford). The corporation was formerly recognized as Westfield Financial, Inc. before officially changing its name to Western New England Bancorp, Inc. in October 2016. WNEB was founded in 1853 and maintains its headquarters in Westfield, Massachusetts.
