It also provides treasury and capital market services, alongside comprehensive trade finance solutions, including import-export facilitation, bank guarantees, and remittances. Beyond traditional banking, IDFC First Bank facilitates investment opportunities through mutual funds, gold bonds, demat and trading accounts, and investment-linked insurance products. It offers a broad spectrum of insurance coverage, from term, health, motor, home, travel, and business policies to government-backed Pradhan Mantri schemes, as well as savings and annuity plans. Digital convenience is paramount, with services like mobile banking, internet banking, and dedicated customer support. The bank further provides cash management, investment banking, and investment management solutions. As of March 31, 2022, IDFC First Bank maintained a substantial physical footprint throughout India, featuring 641 branches, 203 asset service branches, 719 ATMs and recyclers, and 601 rural business correspondent branches.
