Additionally, Burstone Group holds diverse international investments. These include a 20% stake in Pan-European Logistics operations across Europe, valued at R1.75 billion. Its Australian interests, collectively appraised at R0.7 billion, comprise a 50/50 joint venture with Irongate Group Holdings, an 18.67% share in Irongate Templewater Australia Property Fund Limited (ITAP), a 19.9% interest in Irongate Industrial Property Trust No. 1 (formerly known as Smithfield), and a 15% participation in the Irongate Industrial Property Trust No. 2 structure.
