WCT Holdings Berhad, a Malaysian investment holding company established in 1981 and based in Petaling Jaya, operates extensively across Malaysia, the Middle East, and other international markets. Its diverse business activities are structured around three primary segments. The Engineering and Construction segment specializes in a broad array of infrastructure and development projects. These encompass intricate works on Formula 1 racing tracks, airport facilities, water management systems like dams and supply schemes, major expressways and highways, large-scale shopping centers, healthcare institutions, government administrative complexes, civil and rail-based infrastructure, and substantial earthworks. Its Property Development division is dedicated to the creation and construction of various residential and commercial properties. This includes a comprehensive portfolio ranging from integrated townships and upscale homes to high-rise apartments, integrated commercial complexes, modern office towers, hotels, and bustling retail shopping malls. Furthermore, the Property Investment and Management segment focuses on the acquisition and active oversight of diverse assets, including retail shopping malls, office buildings, hotels, and concession properties. Beyond these core operations, WCT Holdings also engages in a range of supplementary services. These include the rental and repair of machinery, trading in construction materials, property upkeep and administration, treasury and fund management services, provision of ground services for all aircraft types, development of commercial aviation infrastructure, general trading, land and property investment, plantation activities, and comprehensive engineering, procurement, and construction (EPC) solutions.
