This division also produces visual content tied to performances and music, alongside merchandise and ticketing sales. Finally, the IP Creation segment is central to intellectual property development, involved in conceiving and producing animations, music, labels, and events. A key function is the management and administration of copyrights and other related rights. Established in Tokyo, Japan, in 2005, the company adopted its current name, BANDAI NAMCO Holdings Inc., in June 2014, having previously operated as NAMCO BANDAI Holdings, Inc.
