Bank of Zhengzhou Co., Ltd., founded in 1996 and based in Zhengzhou, China, delivers a broad spectrum of banking and financial services throughout the People's Republic of China, often with the support of its subsidiaries. The institution, which was formerly known as Commercial Bank of Zhengzhou Co., Ltd. until its name change in December 2009, organizes its operations into three principal divisions: Corporate Banking, Retail Banking, and Treasury Business. Its Corporate Banking division caters to businesses, governmental entities, and financial institutions, providing offerings such as deposit services, various loan and advance facilities, trade finance solutions, financial leasing, agency functions, and comprehensive remittance and settlement services. For individual customers, the Retail Banking segment offers deposit accounts, personal lending products, bank card services, personal wealth management advice, and agency services for collections, payments, remittances, and settlements. The Treasury Business segment actively participates in interbank money market transactions, repurchase agreements, and diverse investment activities. Beyond these core segments, the bank also extends a wide array of other financial products. These include short-term, medium-term, and long-term credit; the acceptance and discounting of bills; the issuance of financial bonds; underwriting government securities; acting as an agent for various issuing and cashing transactions; foreign exchange deposit and loan facilities; letters of credit; guarantees; safe-deposit box services; and foreign currency exchange. Moreover, it provides convenient access through online, telephone, and mobile banking platforms. As of December 31, 2021, the Bank of Zhengzhou boasted a significant physical presence within Henan Province, including 14 branches located in cities such as Nanyang, Xinxiang, Luoyang, Anyang, Xuchang, Shangqiu, Luohe, Xinyang, Puyang, Pingdingshan, Zhumadian, Kaifeng, Zhoukou, and Hebi, complemented by 161 sub-branches. Its service accessibility was further bolstered by 197 self-service equipment outlets, comprising 160 situated internally and 37 externally.
